Deduction of balance for un used services

I had been using airtel prepaid connection from one and a half year... last month i was charged Rs 30 for downloading telgu hits songs which i never did. on complaining (complain no. 102441993100 on 24 oct), i was reassured by the customer care executive that i will get the money back by 31 oct. which never happened. to add more to it, today, ie on 08-11, i have been charged Rs 99 for downloading java game from airtel live, which was never downloaded. moreover, i dont have the wap services activated on my mobile no. which should be there in records with the concerned authorities.
