Few days back i have taken one Airtel postpaid connection. Many problems i am facing in that connection, in which i am jolting someone. When i used to make a call in any no. of BSNL, BSNL Landline or Vodafone, always the network is busy and it will take minimum half hour to make a call and also no one can make call to me from BSNL, Vodafone, etc. One more thing which come in my knowledge is local BSNL can make me call after puting "0" or 91 to make me a call. It's very difficult for me to change my no.

I have already lodged the written complaint in 121@airtel.com & TM of Durgapur (WB). But they are not responded yet and telling me to change the no. because there is some problem which they can not sorted out yet. Please help me out.
