I am using a prepaid service of Airtel network in Mumbai since last two years.

On 5th November I went to Bangalore. I made two or three calls till 6th afternoon. But after that whichever calls made. The person on other side could not hear me, however I could hear from the other side. Every time the charges were deducted. The problem persisted till I returned to Mumbai on 8th November.

I would like to know what was wrong and why the call was charged when it was useless call.

I want the reimbursement for all those useless calls.

Can any body help me to get my hard earned money?
