Wap service is activaed but not un subscribe

Actually some how CRICKET service i mean sms is activated on my no.every week it is deducting 10 rupees, so many times i send sms on 121 (unsub cri to 121) but still the problem is not solved... also there is no answer or called barred while i want to call customer care plz do me a favour to canceal this cricket service from my sim card.
