Dear Sir,

I Mr. Ray Satish. Y., my contact no.9967055442, using this airtel no.from last one year.

I have complain regarding the value added service, which is the Jumanni alert service. which is chargeable, is not activated from my side, Inspite of doing serval complain from last two month & visiting their relationship center, they have not resolved mine problem, inspite of this, they have added & have send in the bill. Therefore i have not paid the bill of the last month.

I hope that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
