Illegal deduction

Every day 2/- is deducted from my Account. I have not opted with any plan, so there should be no deduction. I have raised several complaints with Customer Service Department from last 4 months. Most of the time they claim that they don't have sufficient data, So I was told to call after few hours. Even when I produce the Reference No of the complaint & ask them about the status, they don't have any answer. Every time they register the complaint and promise me that it will be catered in next 48 hours. I don't know when there 48 hours will come.
Department of Telecom had ordered all the telecom service provider that they should give full talk time for prepaid customer for Talk up Voucher. But these providers cheat the customers with illegal deduction. Who will compenssate for the Call drop which is very frustating and loss to customers.
