Not proper response from customer care

I have been using airtel service now since 3 yrs now, but i have never seen so bad service till now. Its as simple as that since 3 months i have been trying to break friends group on my cell phone and nothing happened till now. Thats why i am unable to create new group. There are many instances where the customer care executive would speak very rudely, or in pathetic English, even threatened me once. They deducted some amount for nothing at all.
I never expected this from Airtel.
