To bar service messages

I keep getting at least 10 to 15 service messages of all kind of nonsense which I am not interested in. I would like to these service messages barred from my mobile phone (No. 9840620271).

These messages are a nuisance because whenever I open my phone I have to first delete these messages and only then I can use my phone. I did not ask for these messages to be sent to me. And once my mistake I opened one message and AIR TEL deducted Rs. 150/- from my prepaid account. I am getting fed up of these messages. Please do something about it. Thank you
