Mobile office Not connected after repetitive reminders

Myself, Paramjeet dahiya, using 9729816384 number of Airtel exclusively for internet connection to access the websites for my thesis and research work. we availed this service on 1st week of October. On 30th of October we recharged our phone again to continue with same Mobile office service. On 3rd of Nov... this MO services has been deactivated by Airtel without any prior intimation or information. After that we have tried customer care several times to get the services activated, but did not receive any satisfactory reply. I did not know what to do and to whom I have to make my complaint. may I have an assurance to seek some help from your side regarding this matter.
