I con't speak to custumer care

I am munikrishna i was using airtel From 1 year. My friend was not abled to reach custumer care.

And he was asked me to connect to custumer care and i was did. He went to Airtel office in cabridge laout asked about his problem they was told if you want to connect to custumer care use your friend's mobile. And he did the same. but now for me not able to contact to custumer care why. and some times the custumer care people's not giving proper responce. they will disconecting our calls then we will call again then why they blocked to my no.
