I am using an airtel no. since 4 yrs and now we have shifted to ECIL where the network is very weak indoor as well as outdoor i am fed up of giving complaint in cust care and the ansers from the backend is the problem is solved but here when ever i call some one or if i receive a call the call get disconnected within 30 Sec i think 1 year is a lot of time to cover this problem but here not even a single action has been taken why is it i am just stuck by giving this no. to all my friends and in my family whatever but if you ppls can't solve this problem i'll just change the network and i'll see that no one in my friends circle uses airtel again b'cas u ppls can't solve a issue
