On 16th november 5:27am. I have recieved a message from Astro Live (55315). For that message my account was charged 105/- Rs. When i noticed that i have inform to your customer care centre. Still i haven't recieve any cash back in my account.

Please take this matter as serious and take necessary action immediately.
