I sent sms to get logos for my mobile through Airtel Live! By mistake i have sent 10 sms requesting the same logo. I have lost Rs.30/- (@ Rs.3/sms) I received 10 sms but there was no code for the logo mentioned. Then I complained at customer care and told them to book and complaint. The agent told me that Airtel will reply within 48 hrs. But two weeks has gone. No one is ready to answer my problem. What should I do? Please help me.
