SMS service is not working

I am a customer of airtel since last 5 years and now for last 3 months my sms service is not working i.e it is creating me lots of problem .i had done complaints many times but the customer service is not helping me out. i had changed the sim card also as they said but the problem is still there.

so its a request to u to please help me out
