Unjustify deduction of balance

I complained at around 9.00 AM today and your representative called me but when I asked abount deduction of Rs. 1.27, he repiled that he would call after few minutes thereafter I did not receive any call. Can we expect such type of service from your company. Plz reply me whether I should continue with your company & such service.
