Excessive & Wrong billing on Mobile Intl roaming

I hold an AIRTEL mobile .. No. 98409 58509 .. which has Intl roaming & ISD service .. I had traveled to Sri Lanka last month .. I made ISD calls to India .. I have been charged Rs. 38.70 for a 1 min 3 sec call to an Indian mobile number .. whereas for a call to a BSNL landline .. I have been charged .. Rs. 244.75 for a similar 1 min 4 sec call .. This is Wrong, Unfair, and Excessive billing .. I have not got a resolution or response to my problem despite several complaints to the AIRTEL customer service team .. over email and telecon .. Please help resolve this .. immediately ..
