It is realy disgusting that your 121 customer care executive do not solve the problems for which they have been appointed. in the month of August and September i talked to them umpteen of times regarding my SIM NU. 9717799293. They had sent me a wrong invoice for internet charges. i request to them many a time but all the time i made call they just listen to me and did nothing on my complint. Because of their behaviour i got so upset that i did not made payment as they were not ready to rectify the bill which had been sent to me. It seems that Customer care executes of Airtel are worst of its type and worse than sarkari babus.
