Internet charges

I had 9717799293 number of Airtel. the plan was like this Rs. 1 for STD, 50 paise for locals and Rs.99/- per month for internet charges and it was unlimited for the whole month. When i received the invoice i was surprised to see that they have levied WAP charges of Rs.260/- Approximately, for the waiver of the above i requested many times to corrert my invoice but nothing from your end happened now in the next invocie also i got the same problem and as the invoice was wrong i did not made payment and subsequently my SIM was inactivated with informing me about the same. it casued great inconveniece to me. Now i want you to help me for correcting my invoices and letting me know that after correcting it how much do i have to pay so that i can get my SIM activated again
