No Response on Complaints raised

Hello,

The Airtel Network coverage is just Horrible in my home. During each and every call, almost 2 - 3 minutes are spent just identifying where the signal is better and a lot of times calls were dropped.

I had raised a complaint on 21st October with Ref No. 18917776. Unfortunately I neither received any call nor any improvement in service.

Honestly speaking this is one of the crappiest Customer Care in this World, which I have faced so far.

When I used to approach the Customer Care Centres, I got nothing but the false promises. Call centres never directed me to any relavant (technical/managerial) person whom I can escalate.

I am still looking for some resolution from AIRTEL.
