Dear Sir/ Mam,

I am using an Airtel postpaid connection since last 1.5years before that it was a prepaid connection for about 2 years. This time i purchased a data card of Airtel for which no one turned up at my place for verification, and they have put a negative verification saying no one lives at that place, wheras as in my address proof i gave the MTNL landline bill of that month only. where both the connections are in my name and at same address.

I requested the Airtel people to send the executive to my place but they asked me to visit there nearest showroom, i told them that that was not possible as i am mostly on official tours.

Since the day i have purchased the data card its not working and now they have totally discontinued the number. I have also received a bill for that data card.

My experience with Bharti Airtel is that the company is not at allcustomer service oriented. They are just making the people fool. I am having 58 complaint numbers for both my Airtel connections

I have invested Rs.3500/- in the Airtel data card so Please suggest what to do?
