Security money not refunded yet

Sir i was a customer of airtel broadband service. i have taken this internet connection from aradhya infotech pvt ltd. jabalpur which is a local airtel office here. they have taken more than 3 months to refund my security money which is about 1000 rs. kindly do the needful.
