POOR RANGE

This complaint is from MES RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, VAYU VIHAR, AIRFORCE STATION, PULAYANARKOTTA, THURUVACAL PO.TRIVANDRUM 695031...

There is entirely poor range in the above mentioned area..so many complaints have being forwarded to the coustomer care but there is no action from there side..this is a defence area and people cant call to there far native place.all of here are having airtel connections..outside our house/quaters we get a little bit range in that also there is interuption... we cant stay always out of our house..i am using sony erricsson k550i handset, all other network have full range here... Airtel tower is only 2km away, but then also they cant do anything.if still there is no action from the respective authority we are planning to cancel the connection... 5 or 6 times we have forwarded the complaint... we are ashamed to tell that there is no response...

atleast now please please make nesasary action thinking that each and every coustomer is important... thankyou..JAIHIND.
