Hi,

I have taken an airtel sim (9000519184) 10 days back with life long validity for 300 rs especially for gprs connection which comes at 15rs per day with unlimited usage of internet i have been using for one week now iam unable to activate the gprs because as i have been browsing more daily now airtel is not giving me unlimited gprs for 15rs per day which is one of their existing plan instead they are sending me a message to go for some other plan which costs me 30 paise for 50 kbps of usage and they are not even receiving the calls for customer care iam unable to talk to any of there executives.
