Sub: Complaint against Connectivity Problem at 509, Kucha Pati Ram, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110 006.

Dear Sir,

We Wish To Draw Your Kind Attention To The Followings:

1. Earlier we were having our office at A-451, Ground Floor, Defence Colony, New Delhi-110 024 and later on shifted to 509, Kucha Pati Ram, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110 006 and since then we have the connectivity problem of your connections.

2. We have lodged the connectivity problem at Ground floor of 509, Kucha Pati Ram Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi-110 006 area for connections vide complaint No. 18466634 dated 22.09.2008 and 773636710 dated 30.09.2008..

3. Later on your representative had visited the place and also noticed the same problem.

4. He left with an assurance that the problem will be sorted out very shortly. But we regret to write that up to now the same problem exist.

5. We finally request you to attend the complaint to our satisfaction otherwise we will be left with no other option but to surrender the following telephone connections and switch to Reliance as its network is perfectly working
