Stop the service 53636 coming on my mobile

Dear, CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXEICUTIVE AIRTEL/TEAM LEADER (TL)

Myself ankita seetha from Bhopal (M.P), I want to stop the service 53636 coming on my mobile from your side, Right now i am suffering lot of problem because of only that badly message coming from 53636, This is my pleasent request to you that please stop the 53636 service, otherwise i have to take quick and strong action against this type of (53636) service and have to contact from customer forrum. I am unable to give my mobile number due to privacy reason, my mail id is there please solve my problem as soon as possible.
