I have done twice online payment to airtel from which one was reflected and other was not, so i complained many times to customercare they said to take the account details and go to Airtel gallery, i showed them the account details they said it will be reflected in two days but after four days we again went and complained then again said we are sorry we will updated this by two days but again they have not done. This is height of frustration... I will now go to Consumer court for this.
I have airtel card in my name..
