Network probelm

Dear Sir,

I am the customer of AIRTEL (my no. is 98932 75759). I am based at Bhopal (M.P.Nagar, Zone-II). Since last 2 months I am facing problem with their network in my office. And b'cos of this my land line bill and mobile bill has increased by Rs. 200.00 and Rs.150.00 respectively (as my outgoing calls has increased). I have been complaining to Airtel since last 2 months but no action has been taken by them.

Hence I request u to do the needful regarding this issue.
