Non activation of SIM

Hi,

i am working in Satyam Computers Bangalore. Airtel is selling CUG postpaid connection for Satyam corporate. i purchased CUG@199 lan from airtel office, JAYDEVA FLYOVER, BANGALORE and the sales guy is venkat (mob: 9880736434). He took 300Rs from me and did not give Consmer slip; and promised to get the sim activatedwithin 4 hrs. Today is 14th december and SIM hasn't been activated yet.

I have been calling this guy but he always says it would be activated. Some times he says it is sim problem, next time he says it is number problem. Having been exhausted from his false promise, i raised concern in Airtel customer care on 12th decemberbut still they could not resolve my problem.

I has been my horrible experience with Airtel. Theit Sales team and Customer Care team seems to be vey pathetic
