Stupid multiple messages

This airtel network is like a stuff! im getting multiple messages of same one that too 10-15 of the same one when someone sends me a message! i have complained to customer care but a shit response. some times the message comes after a longtime its being sent! with such all problems how can be airtel indias no1 mobile operator!
