Wrong information given by C.S.R

I had called your Customer Care regading your tarrif plan of Rs49, I have Already existing a plan of SMS package in which Rs2 deduct and there is 1 paise SMS, I specificically asked your Exicuteve If I have one plan with me can I take another Plan, He told me you can use together this plan, I asked twice or thrice can i use both Plans together he said YES..!!!

When I Haven activate your tarrif Plan Of Rs49 on 06/12, the service of SMS package has been deactivated from my number, I called your Customer Care divison regarding the same & get the revert that I didn't do any conversation regarding SMS pack..

Please look after this & Update me for the sameASAP.
