Airtel changed my plan without my request to a costlier plan

My plan was changed on December 2nd without my request automatically. Luckily I noticed on talking to customer care.

Such sly action from airtel is not good. Had I not noticed I would have kept paying high tariff as per changed plan for months and years... it it not fraud o air tels part.
