Forced VAS charges

I have a complaint regarding VAS charges deducted from my father's post paid mobile connection (9896262302) active in Kurukshetra Haryana on his name (Dr. S.K.Sharma). It has been 6 months now and the charges of Rs99/- are put everymonth in mobile bill.

My father has called up many times to customer service to unsubscribe this service. he even visited airtel office of Kurukshetra but of no avail. Such is the height of unprofessionalism that nobody from airtel has ever called up to listen to the grievence.

Looks like we would need to look for other alternatives.
