The customer care service is pathetic

The customer service is really pathetic they dont even bother to disconnect the calls that what may be the problem that customer is going through. The people those who are helpdesk cant even speak hindi properly. Something needs to be done. I dont know what the seniors are doing at the call center do they know that whats happening in their organization??
