Excess amount billed and plan changed without intimation

Hello,

I am a post paid customer of Airtel. Rite from the beginning I had subscribed for 199 GV plan. However in September the plan was changed to Alex_FV299 Plan without intimating me. When I received bill for Sep-Oct, I was shocked with the amount charged and the changed plan. I raised an issue ticket for the same and two days after I was asked to pay a lesser amount with an assurance that the plan would be changed back to 199 GV Plan. Tickets raised were (1012022199800 and 18914991).

In Nov, when I received the bill for Oct-Nov, again the same issue cropped up and this time the below tickets were raised

19431569 and 19431630. I was again given assurance that everything will be resolved.

Now for Dec again, the same thing has happended. Today again I have raised an issue ticket for the same two errors: 19789164.

I donot understand why such an harrassment. If this continues, it would be hard for me to contiue with Airtel. I am Airtel customer from last 3 years. But never faced such a situation. Why such an irresponsible behaviour by the Airtel Customer reps. If such resolutions flow to the customers than I am afraid, soon airtel customers would be driven to Vodafone and other airtel competitors.

A sincere advice: Either innovate your services or educate the front end and backend customer reps, so that seasoned customers wouldnot have to undergo such a torchure.
