STD Call not going to a particular number of airtel from Hubli where as it goes easily from any other places of karnataka

A STD call on prepaid airtel no.9199917743 is not going from Hubli to Darbhanga where from Darbhanga it is coming to Hubli and even except hubli from all parts of karnataka it is going easily.

But from Here it always say ", The number is not valid".

Despite getting assurances through Customer care, Still the call is not going from hubli while it goes from Davangere or mysore or from anywhere in karnataka.

For this i did everything as suggested by Customer Care but till date this problem is not solved.
