Unsubcription of mitti ke rang and khel khel main

My Father, an airtel user no. is 9871284518, found deductions of Rs.33 from her prepaid airtel account. He has no clue to what "Khel khel main" is and never subscribed/registered for anything like that. He lodged a complaint with the customer With Customer execautive Mr. Varun for complaints, Varun gives a no. for the unsubrciption, but dailing the same activation one anothe service "mitti ke rang". After again he tries to contact customer care but till then cousomer care is approchable (may be my father no. is blocked).. Please do the needful ASAP and unsubcribed the same and return the money 66 rs. which is cut forcefully. or I am planning to approch media for this cheatting which is not only happened with my father but was happened with a no. of custome
