Sub: DISSAPPOINTED WITH AIRTEL SERVICES [ PH : 01204294661 ]

I'M SERIOUSLY REGRETTING MY DECISION TO SWITCH TO Airtel. I am having a VERY bad experience with Airtel after getting Broadband connection. I think that Airtel is not capable of handling too many customers.

In spite of my repeated request emails, letters, phone calls to Airtel India (Noida, Head office), for discontinuation of the broadband connection, Landline phone. I’m sad to inform you that no action has been taken till now.

Since Dec 14 I am calling them again and again, but no action has been taken. Every time I call the customer care, I am allotted a complaint number & am promised that I should receive a call with a solution within 24 hours. But no response. The behavior of the Airtelemployees is very RUDE.

Now I am very much frustrated and disappointed with Airtel employee’s behavior and services.
