Gprs speed is too low

Iam using the gprs mobile office .the speed providing by the company is too low it is 115.6kbps and company ask that we are providing the speed of 462.6kbps i also contact to customer care but no reasonalble reply is to be given by them my contact no is 9096467677 if any action not taken immediatly i will have to take some action against you and you will have to refund me the amount which is deducted from my account
