Callousness on the part of Airtel Customer "Care"

I have been hearing these days that "customer is the king" and in a service industry this applies more than anything. However, at Airtel, "Customer is aliability and a beggar". I have been at the mercy of Airtel staff for more than two months. Since the time I have moved in to Hyderabad and took the connection - 9000620789, I have been harassed by Airtel to hell.
I wanted to change my communication address and I called up the call centre to do so. They took took their sweet time of one month and four calls, to change and confirm the new address. Then I wanted my paper bill to be delivered to this address. I have not subsribed to e-mail bill but these guys do not want to chaeck what a customer needs, they want to force on you what they think is correct.
However, they sent me the duplicate bill at my old address. When enquired time and again, I was confirmed through written mails and telecalling that my OctoberDuplicate billhas been deliverred at my new address. Everytime you call them a new person takes all the details andwill confirmyour name, address 100 times andwill say Allow metime to resolve your issue within48 hrs and then VANISH and the issue is just DUMPED to dogs??? After fighting for two months, I was finally aassured that such thing will not be repeated and my "Paper Bill" will be delivered regularly from Dec'08. However, when I did not receive the same and my due datefalls on5th of Jan, I calledup theircall centreand guess what they had to tell me - "Sir you are registered for e-mail statement and the same is delivered to your mail id".
I am confident now that Airtel thinks that customeris an idiotand he is only enjoying this kind of non-sense.
I have six connections in my family and will now withdraw ALL to another provider.
My issue still remainsunresolved and I will start getting harrassing messages that I need to pay the billelse they will bar my SIM services. So be it. I care a damn for the Company now as the kind of workforce they have, I amsure that inspite of breaking my head with themthere will be no resolution from them.
