I am really dissatisfied with the quality of customer service in airtel... the system itself is faulty, when we dial 121.. we are just asked to run between options such as 2 or 1 or 7 etc.. but never reach a customer care person. If after half an hour of continuous effort, u r lucky enough to reach the cc person, then u realise, that the guys lack professionalism, no knowledge on the services provided by airtel and its procedures, and habit of hearing abuses wich seems that they are not willing to improve even after daily doses of abuses, no sense of service the customers...
the story at airtel local offices is no better.. even they do not know much on the services.. utter confusion..and lack of coordination with airtel centers..
Sorry to say, its nothing better than pathetic..this needs to be improved if airtel needs to maintain its market leadership in india
