Deduction of money for no reason airtel live

Sir,

i am getting poor responce from customer executives also they are responding my call from my number i.e 919777382934

i have been getting msg from 64611010 that " thanks for using (subscription, text based services) suscription service on aittel wap.u have been charged rs10 enjoy http://m.igfun.com" from 27/12 to till date i.e 3/1

i am contacting customer care from the first day but they are not listening to my complain.when i asked them to un subscribe they are not answering properly and not refunding my deducted money

so kindly look in to the matter
