Excess Bill amount taken by airtel... number 9987098888

Dear Sir / Madam

I have put in the complaint for debit of amount twice but have not received any revert from Airtel instead their customer service executives doesnt have courtesy to call back or respond properly, twice they have disconnected the phone. I have been calling up since past more than 15 days but they never be courteous enough to respond.

Please note my mobile number is 9987098888 and have been always made payments on time. I have made payment of November through mcheck and as per the airtel bill received in December the amount was showing as pending, i repeatedly received calls from their collection department for payment of bills but they never bothered to hear me. I made the payment and send them the credit card statement showing debit.

Instead of crediting back the amount, they asked for statements etc which i sent them but they never bothered to give me proper response.

I am demanding compensation

1. For harrassing me by calling up again and again and specially when i have registered for Do not disturb.

2. Charging amount twice and not refunding the same.

I have taken your colleagues on con call with HDFC Card member and he has confirmed that payment has been received and will be refunded in 48 working hours, as per HDFC bank the transaction id is 052931

Please note the transaction of Rs. 3132.38 happened on 13/12 and as per HDFC the same is credited to Bharti on 15/12

I am at National Level with Bajaj Group and this has been hampering my work.
