I am not using / enjoying the service,

but it says "Thanks for using subscription, (TextBasedServices) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 10. Enjoy http://m.igfun.com" and received from "64611010"

How can I enjoy if I been charged Rs 10/-. everyday.

How it been activated without my knowledge / permission. I didn't subscribed for this service. Am I recharging / doing top-up for this service?

Whats this service is about.

Did anyone intimated about activation of this service.

Then how you can activate and charge without my permission.

I need my amount back whatever the amount has been charged for this m.igfun

And I have gone through the earlier complaints on the same subject, no one has responded back to those messages, What you are doing, don't you see/consider these kind of complaints, if yes then why you are not responded back, if not then why for this customer complaints
