Rs10.00 unauthorised deduction to my account

I HAVE BEEN CHARGE Rs10.00 every day since 03-Jan-09 to my Airtel account. This is from a site http:/m.igfun.com. I dont have WAP or GPRS enabled service on my phone from Airtel till date. The Airtel Customer representative tells me this is not Airtels problem. I need to unsuscribe from that site. But I have not even logged in that site or made any subscription in first place. Pls process my complaint or enable me to seek legal advsie to sue Airtel. This I feel is not a small matter.
