DEAR SIR,

I have not knowing the cheating nature of (mazook.com and m.igfun.com) subscribed the one day free offer of content downloading through, Airtel wap service, three days back. In the offer it was clearly mentioned that, i can unsubscibe the facility at any time by just sending SMS CSUB to 57886.From the next day onwards Airtel is charging Rs.10 for this facility, I have sent SMS CSUB to 57886 to deactivate it and the operator charge for that message is Rs.3.But whenever i send SMS they are sending a message "THE SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE TEMPORARILY.WE REGRET FOR THE SAME". the facility is not deactivated till now. I have contacted Airtel customer care twice but no result up to now.
