Unthorised Deductions from Prepaid Card

Dear Sir,

I had purcahed a sim card from Airtel and later on recharged it. My mobile Number is 9971726177. I am being debited various charges regularly without taking my consent. Therefore, my prepaid balance is getting contonuously decreaed. This is happening despite of my lodging of complaints many times. This will not be out of context to mention that I am also registerd with the service provider's Do not disturb registry but of no avail.

I request you take some drastic step so that all the money deducted by the company is refunded to me at the earliest (Through crediting back the balnce in my prepaid card.
