Sim card not activeted & incoming & outgoing calls not perform

I buy new sim card from amravati (ms.) on date 26/10, till it is not working.

my mobile no. is 9860377542.

I was complained to airtel costemer services but they say me that it will activate within 24 hrs. but my more follow up it is till not activeted. so please do needfull, as early as possible.
