Incorrect/ irrgular disconnection of no.9860841008

Sir, I subscribed to Air Tel - " Lifetime Incoming Free " scheme in March paying close to Rs. 1000/-
Till August I was topping up my account as and when required. In August I had to go out of country in an emergency and could return to India on 15 December. On returning to India I topped up my cell no.98608 41008 sim card with Rs. 300/- at a retail shop. The retailer gave me the Transaction confirmation receipt for Rs. 300/-.When I found that my mobile no. was not activated till 3 days I enquired with the retailer and he told me that my no. has been deleted. He asked me to check with the Air Tel Help desk.
The Help desk told me that my no. has been deleted because I have not used my tel. for 3 months.
I have checked the Terms and Conditions which were given to me on subscibing to the Air Tel services in March - when I had enrolled myself in the scheme - There is no mention of any such condition that the the Sim card will be deleated if it is not used for 3 months.
I feel I have been cheated. What do you mean by ' Life long Incoming Free "?
