No change of scheme inspite of their mistake

On 23 dec i had made a recharge of rs32 in which i got airtel to airtel 40 paise per min till 23 jan.
this scheme was applicable for two days but on the third day i was being charged re1 for the first 3 min and from the 4 mi i got a discount of 50% on evevry local call every day till 1st jan, on that evening i got a msg regarding 'discount for u' through airtel itself. Becuse of their scheme my previous scheme got deactivated. Even after 1st jan my old scheme didn't got activated.
So i made a complaint with customer care for more than 6 to 7 times i even went to the gallery and spoke with the hot line person who assured me that he will solve my problem within 24 hrs, but it was'nt. After that i got calls from Airtel for more than 3 to 4 times that they will solve my problem within 24hrs, but it has become 12 days till now from 1st jan, till now my problem didi'nt got solved.
What is the use of providing such services and giving wrong assurence to the customers.
