Dear Sir,

Iam a Airtel Customer. My cell No. is 9970172842 Iam facing Network Problem from last 10 to 11 months. I have lodged so many complains for Network Problem at Airtel Customer Care at 121 and also visited ARC's (Airtel Relation Centre's) for this problem. But Iam very regreat to say that the Company is not at all bother for the customer probelm. The Company is only bother about the payment but not for the customer problem / service. Eventhough making thousands of rupees payments they are not at all bother for the customer problem and they only bother for the payment. If the payment is late for few days, they are immediately disconnecting the outgoing services and demanding for the immediate payment's. As being Such a Big Company this type of service is not at all expected.

Therefore, I request your humbel for takeing the complain to the Company and do the needful
